KJV 1 Corinthians 2:5 -- c Pledges   I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE LORD I pledge allegiance to the Lord, the King of Kings, ruler over everything, And to the kingdom of which I am, one saint under God, separated to Him; And to the people who are called by His name, the Holy One of God, the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, who died for me. I dedicate my heart and mind and soul and strength to love God, The Only Begotten God, first above all else and to love in Him forevermore and to be a vessel of His Word, His Will, and His Power on Earth. Though kingdoms rise and kingdoms fall, I give my heart to the Lord of all. And in my mouth I’ll praise His name, and of his Son I’ll have no shame; My hands are His to use at will, my mouth is His to speak or be still, And all my years shall be for His use, and with the devil I make no truce.  © 1996 A.J.
