when this life is past, Jesus will come walking to greet you and show you
your mansion at last. Never sit down. Never quit. KEEP WALKING. IT’S

| Before there was anything --
there was God. |
| Before there were ‘problems’
-- there was God. |
| Before there existed human
beings -- there was God. |
| In the beginning, THERE WAS
GOD. |
| He has been, and He will
always be. He is not afraid. He is not worried. He is not concerned. He is
infinite. He is all knowing. |
| Though you go to the depths
of dispair -- He will be there. |
| Though you go to the heights
of ecstasy -- He will be there. |
| Though you hide in the
darkest of places -- He will be there. |
| He is looking. He is
watching. He is listening to the beat of your heart. He is reading the
thoughts of your mind. He peers into the depths of your soul; in the
secret places where no man can go. He awaits your next breath; and even
your final one. |
| The psalmist knew it when he
wrote his psalms. Jonah knew it in the belly of the ship in the midst of
the ocean. Adam knew it the day he hid behind the bush with the wife of
his sin. Lazarus knew it as he lay in his tomb awaiting the voice of a
friend. And John knew it on the isle of punishment. |
| Wherever you go, THERE GOD
IS. God will go before you and spy out the land; and report it to you if
you so desire. We call that prophecy. God will be behind you as you march
across the land; and warn you of dangers lurking. We call that discerning
of spirits, word of knowledge, word of wisdom. |
| God is humble. God is kind.
God sees all. He is not blind. And what of you, oh child of man? Will you
strive to walk as a blind man without a cane? That is what it is like if
you try to live this life without acknowledging God is there. Will you
wrestle with the evils of life alone like a child wrestles monsters in the
dark? That is what it is like for you to try to defeat your flesh and the
devil(s) alone without the letting THE LIGHT shine in the room of your
life. You MUST believe!!! You must TUNE IN to the Almighty. IT IS NOT
WRONG TO TALK TO AN INVISIBLE FRIEND -- IF THAT FRIEND IS GOD!! He may be
invisible, and spirit, but HE IS THERE!! |
