KJV 1 Corinthians 2:5 -- c 22 Distractions   22 WAYS THE DEVIL TRIES TO DISTRACT YOU FROM THE FIGHT 1. TELL YOU THAT HE DOES NOT EXIST - then you will never fight him 2. TELL YOU THAT HE IS UNDEFEATED – then you will cower in front of him 3. TELL YOU THAT IT IS 'ALL YOU' – then you will attack you for him 4. TELL YOU THAT HE HAS AN OFFER – then you are on his side - no threat 5. TELL YOU THAT HE IS NEEDED – then you might choose him over God 6. TELL YOU THAT HE WILL KILL YOU – then you will run away from him 7. TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE SOMEBODY – then you will be overconfidently oppose 8. TELL YOU THAT GOD MADE HIM EVIL – then you would blame God during attack 9. TELL YOU THAT YOUR NOT MUCH EITHER – then you will lack confidence to attack 10. TELL YOU THAT GOD IS UNJUST – then you will doubt whether you should attack 11. TELL YOU THAT YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT – then you will feel guilty to resist him 12. TELL YOU THAT YOUR SINS ARE GREAT – then you will feel too weak to counter him 13. TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE DECEIVED – then you will halt your advance to analyze all 14. TELL YOU THAT YOU MISUNDERSTAND THE BOOK – then you will have to wait 15. TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE NOT SPIRITUAL ENOUGH – then you will feel inferior 16. TELL YOU THAT HE WILL ATTACK LOVED ONES – then you will fear to stand up 17. TELL YOU THAT PEOPLE WILL LOCK YOU UP – then you will get timid in declaring your victories 18. TELL YOU THAT YOUR BEING EMOTIONAL – then you will lose your zeal to conquer him 19. TELL YOU ABOUT HIS PAST VICTORIES – then you will falsely conclude your own failure 20. TELL YOU THAT HE IS GONE NOW – then you won't be looking for his next attack 21. TELL YOU THAT HE ISN'T VERY SMART – then you will become snared by his wiles and strategies 22.
